Pint of Science 2025

Congrats to Jenni on giving her first Pint of Science talk to a sold out audience! Jenni discussed how, despite their bad reputation, plastics offer significant advantages in terms of sustainability compared to other materials if used properly. Using impressive live science demonstrations, Jenni explained how sustainable polymers can be made and what challenges remain to be addressed. It was a great way to share with a more general audience what our team has been working on and was followed up with a lively Q&A session on how plastics can be made (and used) more sustainably. Well done once again to Jenni!
